Magnesium (as Albion® amino acid chelate) - 300mg
Zinc (as Zinc oxide) - 15mg
Other ingredients: magnesium stearate /bulking agent/Capsule shell (gelatine)
No artificial flavours or preservatives, no added sugar or colourings. Free from Gluten, Wheat, yeast, dairy and sugar.
Directions: Use 3 capsules daily in divided servings. Use 1 capsule immediately upon waking, followed by 1 capsule 30 minutes before intense exercise and the final capsule immediately after intense exercise. On non-training days, simply use 3 capsules spaced evenly through the day.
Do Not Exceed 3 Capsules daily.
Products such as Methoxy-7-Test do not have to be cycled, simply use continuously as required.
