DIRECTIONS: PhD Nutrition believes that L-Glutamine may be best consumed at 4 vital window of opportunities. Window 1 immediately upon waking use 5 – 10 grams of PhD L-Glutamine stirred into 500ml of ice-cold water. Window 2 Pre workout use 5 – 10 grams of PhD L-Glutamine stirred into 500ml of ice cold water or mixed into PhD Wired pre workout intensifier. Window 3 Post workout use 5 – 10 grams of PhD L-Glutamine stirred into 500ml of ice cold water or mixed into a serving of PhD Battery. Window 4 Before bed use 5 - 10 grams of PhD L-Glutamine stirred into 550ml of ice cold water.
How to mix when mixing PhD L-Glutamine in ice cold water, simply add the desired serving size into the recommended amount of water see directions for use above and stir for approximately 10 seconds. When using PhD L-Glutamine with PhD Battery or PhD Wired, you will need to add the desired serving size and shake.
