DIRECTIONS:
Mix one scoop with 8 oz. of cold water. Take one scoop two times daily. Some individuals my experience a mild flushing sensation on initial use. If this occurs, divide daily dose into 1/2 scoop doses gradually increasing dosage from 1 to 2 scoops daily. If flushing continues, limit dosage to 1 scoop or discontinue use.
