Please Note: The above rates for next day delivery DO NOT apply to the following UK addresses: Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Deliveries to these addresses will be sent by 'Royal Mail Standard Parcels' and may take up to 5 days. Depending on the weight of the order an extra postage charge may be required.

This additional charge MUST be paid before the order can be despatched. Please be aware if you do not wish to pay the additional delivery charge and want to cancel the order, Protx will make a 80p admin charge for processing the refund.
All deliveries are despatched the same day when possible. For smaller packages (fat burners / energy pills) we deliver using 'Royal Mail First Class Delivery' and for all larger packages (protein powders / ShopPhysical stacks) we use a courier service on next day delivery basis.
You will be notified by email who your order has been despatched with, if the order has been despatched using the courier service you can track your order by going to:

From this page select 'Search By Consignment', you then enter your consignment number, which you will recieve when your order has been despatched, into the first 'Consignment Number' box, then click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. From here you will be able to track the status of your order by cjoosing the postcode you had the order despatched to. All deliveries by courier are delivered the next working day after despatch before 3.00pm.
Please read the following guide lines to ensure a successful delivery
There will be three delivery attempts made by the courier company. If the courier has a problem locating the delivery address, and a mobile phone number has been provided, the courier driver will telephone you for instructions. For this reason we urge customers provide a mobile number when registering (if you do not want your number passed onto Interlink please state this in the customer comments box during the order process). If the first delivery attempt fails the parcel will be returned to the depot and a 'calling card' will be left at the delivery address to inform you of your parcels location. Interlink will attempt a delivery on the next day and if this also fails another calling card will be left and the parcel taken back to the depot. It is then up to you to call the local depot to arrange a third delivery at a convenient time. If the parcel is not delivered succesfully on the third attempt, to deliver a fourth time an extra delivery charge of £5.75 will have to be paid. If you want to have the parcel redirected after it has been despatched by ourselves then there will be a charge of £13.95 by the courier company for reprocessing the order.
For this reason we recommend that if you are unable to be at your delivery address all day that you request the parcel to be left with a neighbour or have the parcel sent to a work address where a work colleague will be able to take delivery. If you do miss the third delivery attempt you can pick up the parcel from your local Interlink depot within four days at no extra charge. If a customer does fail to take delivery of an order after it has been held at their local Interlink depot for 4 days the order will be returned to us and the customer refunded their payment minus the delivery and return cost of £10.95.
We pride ourselves on a high standard of delivery service and customer satisfaction and the above policy is only in place for rare occasions when customers fail to take deliveries.

Above prices are for UK mainland delivery only. Please contact us at sales@shopphysical.co.uk for delivery costs outside the UK mainland before ordering, as prices will vary depending on the size of the order and delivery destination.
RETURNS POLICY
If you receive any product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@shopphysical.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
If you have simply changed your mind, please email us in the first instance. We will accept returned items in their original, unopened condition, within 14 days of your order. We will refund your money, less p&p and 10% of the value of the goods, for administration and re-packing costs. You will need to return the item at your own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
