PowerBlock is a square framed dumbbell with a soft neoprene grip in the centre, surrounded by an adjustable weight stack. Weights are changed using a special double tethered magnetic selector pin similar to that found in stack machines. PowerBlock takes up significantly less space than traditional dumbbells.
