ShopPhysical was founded in 2004. We are part of the Shop Holistic group, who are a family-run business based in South Wales. We have a keen interest in health and fitness and all products we feature in our shop. Many products have been tried and tested by ourselves, friends and family. Our mission is to offer a range of the finest health and fitness products at affordable prices. From our own experiences of purchasing from other retail and internet sites, we feel that most companies are now more interested in becoming the ‘biggest’ suppliers rather than the best, and by doing this they lose the personal touch with their customers. We aim to reverse that policy, and by dealing with a limited amount of companies (requested by our customers or visitors to our site) and buying their products in bulk, we can offer these products at what we believe to be their most competitive prices. We aim to provide 110% customer satisfaction in every aspect of our business, from the moment you first enter our website to the moment you take delivery of your order.
Unlike other retail and internet businesses, our aim is not to be the biggest, but to be the best!
As the shop and our customer base grow, we will happy to expand our range of products and would welcome any suggestions as to what our customers would like us to supply. We aim to provide a high level of service and will offer help, support and guidance in any way we can.
We are currently working on a feedback and product review facility for our site. In the meantime, we would gratefully receive any feedback about our service, or reviews on products, including tips, advice and personal experiences of products we sell by email. We will make these comments available for others to read on the site.
