WHAT EAS SAY:
Anti-catabolic protein blend (25 g) - (calcium caseinate, soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate), the maximum allowable protein content based on the EU meal replacement standards (EU Law 96-8 from 26.02. 96). Just 25 g of this protein blend is enough to spare muscle tissue and allows muscles to function at their normal level, even thought they are under more stress during a diet period.

Only 4% sugars - Myoplex diet provides just the right amount carbohydrates
(20 g) to prevent protein break down (muscle loss), and maintains the maximum possible fat burning effect in the body! Myoplex Diet is formulated using primarily complex carbohydrates (slow carbs), which have minimal effect on the insulin level. Most sliming or weight loss products contain as much as 46% sugars (fast carbs), which can make you hungry and tired, and have a negative effect on insulin levels.

2 g L-Glutamine - Myoplex Diet provides 2 g of L-gluatamine per serving, which is an anti-catabolic protein source, aids in recovery from training, and helps strengthen the immune system.

Pre-biotic fibre - Myoplex Diet contains 4 g pre-biotic fibre to prevent the frequently appearing diet based digestion problems. Pre-biotic means that it is not only a fibre, but it helps the micro flora in your system to grow and prevent typical diet digestion discomforts.

22 Vitamins and Minerals - Take just two sachets of Myoplex Diet a day, and you have no need for a vitamin and mineral supplement. Each serving provides 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of essential vitamins and minerals!

Recommended Use:
For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 300 - 400 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. If you use Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal (= 1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day. If you want to lose weight, you must also eat other foods to provide the body with nutrients. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500 ml of water for each 1/2 kg of weight lost during exercise.
